Xpert Resourcing are currently recruiting for an interesting, busy and well-established business based in Mildenhall who are looking to add a new member to the team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

• Fabricate jigs and fixtures
• Repairing components ensuring they have full functionality and safety performance
• Develop new products
• Problem solving and developing innovative solutions
• Maintain tools and work area to a professional standard
• Ability to work independently and as a team

Skills/Experience

• Experience in developing new products
• Basic welding techniques
• Familiarity with welding equipment
• Ability to read and follow a product data sheet

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday 40 hours
• Overtime paid at time and a half
