    Our client is offering an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a specialist growing business. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to four Account Managers while acting as a key point of contact for customers and members of the public. This role would suit an organised, proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a professional approach to customer service. The position offers ongoing training, development opportunities and excellent long-term career prospects.

    Duties to Include:

    Provide day-to-day administrative support to four Account Managers.
    Maintain, update and audit internal tracking spreadsheets and CRM systems.
    Prepare, verify and print official certifications, compliance documentation and client reports.
    Complete filing, data entry and general documentation management.
    Answer inbound telephone calls and digital enquiries professionally.
    Respond to customer enquiries regarding services, order statuses and general company information.
    Escalate complex queries to the relevant Account Manager when required.
    Build positive relationships with customers and clients.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records.
    Support the smooth running of client accounts and internal workflows.
    Ensure a high level of accuracy when handling data and documentation.

    Experience/Skills Required:

    Previous experience within an administrative or customer-facing environment.
    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
    Experience using CRM databases would be advantageous.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Confident and professional telephone manner.
    Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads effectively.
    Positive, proactive and professional approach to work.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Willingness to learn and develop within a specialist industry.

    Hours of Work:

    Permanent, full-time position with some flexibility available
