Due to company growth, an opportunity has become available to join our small, friendly team within the machine shop. You will be working as a Machine Operative, supporting the production of precision components. Previous experience with drilling, milling, and turning is essential.

Duties will include:

• Operating machine shop equipment efficiently
• Drilling, milling, and turning components
• Working to engineering drawings and specification sheets
• Inspecting and finishing components to a high standard
• Maintaining optimum stock levels to ensure continuous production
• Keeping the work area clean and organised

Experience / skills required:

• Good work ethic and reliability
• Mechanical aptitude or machine shop experience
• Good attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and drawings
• Follow health & safety guidelines at all times

Hours of work:

Full-time – 40 hours per week
