Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000

Xpert Resourcing are working with a local family business who are looking to to recruit a Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager to help with their day to day accounting. Its joining a small and friendly office and they are happy to consider people on a full or part time basis. It is a busy role and requires someone who is used to working in a team environment and is happy to get involved and help the team when busy.

• Management of all company accounts via Sage Line 50
• Banking Recs
• Prepare and submit HMRC documents for PAYE, CIS and VAT
• Payroll Administration – weekly and monthly
• Recording hours, overtime, sickness and holidays
• Purchase Ledger – invoice matching and recording, supplier statements and queries.
• Record monthly income / expenditure via Excel and Sage line 50.

• Experience of working within a similar role and environment.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of Sage Line 50.
