Accounts Assistant

Xpert Resourcing are looking for a well organised accounts assistant, ideally with around 18 months experience of working within a similar, busy role. • Responsibility for processing invoices.
• Maintaining the purchase ledger.
• Assuming responsibility for the company Sales Ledger.
• Work closely with other members of the finance team to help provide excellent customer service
• Assist with month-end closing activities by preparing reports and supporting documentation
• Assisting with credit control duties from time to time.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Previous experience of working within Purchase and Sales Ledger role.
• Understanding of Credit control duties and processes.
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills
