I recollect a comment from a former Director boss of mine in another recruitment company, who exclaimed in disbelief, “You have only sent 3 CVs? Send a few more!!!” This mindset, while often prevalent in many large agencies, simply doesn’t align with our values at Xpert Resourcing.

Here’s why we do things differently:

1. Sifting Through Applications: Our recruitment process begins with a thorough sift through all incoming applications. We meticulously review each candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills to determine their suitability for the role.
2. Vetting Candidates: Once we’ve narrowed down the pool of applicants, we conduct in-depth vetting to ensure that each candidate meets our high standards. This includes assessing their compatibility with the company culture, verifying their credentials, and conducting reference checks where necessary.
3. Sending Only the Best: Rather than inundating our clients with a barrage of CVs, we take a targeted approach. We carefully select and present only the top candidates who we believe are the best fit for the role. This not only saves our clients valuable time, but also ensures that they’re presented with candidates who have the potential to excel in the position.
4. Honest Communication: Transparency is key in our recruitment process. If we believe that none of the applicants meet our client’s requirements, we won’t hesitate to communicate that. Rather than sending subpar candidates for the sake of meeting a quota, we’d rather be upfront and continue our search until we find the perfect fit.
