Sales Administrator

Location: Ely
Salary: £25,750

Xpert Resourcing are working with a really interesting business based in Ely who are looking to recruit a new role within the team. You will be responsible for making sure that customer orders are fulfilled from initial order through to installation, ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the entire process.

• Work closely with the sales team to coordinate the planning of delivery and installation.
• Deal with collections and returns, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Raise sales order when necessary.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide accurate reports.
• Ensure outstanding communication with all other teams and departments.
• Liaise with both internal and external companies to support deliveries and collections.
• Provide administrative support for all documentation required.

• 12 months (minimum) of administrative experience gained within an office environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great attention to detail. Outstanding customer service.
