Sales Account Manager

Location: Ely
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + commission + car allowance

Xpert Resourcing are working with a local niche business to recruit a motivated and target-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and generating new business. This role offers remote working with the occasional day to be spent in the office. We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially focused and with a knowledge of working within the print/publishing sector who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment. If you’re experienced in account management, business development and achieving sales targets, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

• Managing and developing relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieving company sales targets across a number of KPIs and generating new business opportunities and following up leads.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable financial products and solutions.
• Preparing lease and service documentation, reports and account information.
• Maintaining and growing the service revenue stream and managing sales opportunities through the CRM system.
• Forecasting and reporting on sales opportunities and performance.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

• Previous experience in sales, account management or business development and experience of working within the print/publishing sector.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills, couple with confident negotiation and influencing skills.
• Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives through excellent organisational and time management skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and IT applications, including Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to generate new business and develop existing accounts.
• Professional, adaptable and committed approach.
