Xpert Resourcing are working with an expanding business who are seeking an experienced Quality Control Operative to join their busy production team. As a Quality Control Operative, you will be responsible for checking finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify any defects or issues before products are completed and dispatched.

Duties to Include:

Checking finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards.
Carrying out visual inspections and identifying any defects or quality issues.
Ensuring products are finished to the required specification.
Recording and reporting any quality issues to the relevant team members.
Working closely with the production team to maintain high quality standards.
Following company quality control procedures and health & safety requirements.
Completing quality checks and relevant documentation accurately.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Experience/Skills Required:

1–2 years’ experience within Quality Control, quality inspection or a similar manufacturing environment.
Excellent attention to detail with a strong eye for quality.
Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
Good communication skills.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
A positive and flexible approach to work.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 5am – 1.30pm
