Xpert Resourcing are working with an expanding, interesting business who are seeking a talented Customer Service Executive to join their busy team. As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, handling enquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone and via email and is a key role in the growth and continued success of the business.

• Responsible for orders via email, website queries and calls.
• Work closely with customers to establish precisely what they need help with and ensuring satisfaction from them.
• Help to build rapport with customers by providing outstanding levels of customer service.
• Responsible for processing order documents.
• Work closely with Sales teams to organise collections and deliveries where necessary.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational and attention to details skills.
• Ability to build rapport and upsell products or services.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
