Customer Service Specialist

Sector: Admin & Customer ServiceXpert Resourcing are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join an interesting business based close to Waterbeach. The role is hybrid with 2 days working from home (after initial training) and is focused on providing outstanding customer support and service. Starting at 8am and finishing at 4pm Monday to Friday, this is a great role for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Duties to Include:- Working closely with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Liaising with customers via website enquiries and over the phone.
- Dealing with complaints and queries.
- Providing administrative support to the team.
- Updating the database with detailed notes of customer interactions.
- Assist with order processing when necessary.
Experience/Skills Required:- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to write accurate and professional emails.
- Be able to liaise with all departments and teams.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (Hybrid)Benefits
