Xpert Resourcing are working with an established business based close to Mildenhall who are looking to recruit a talented Finance Manager into the team. This is a vital role for the business and will work closely with the director and other members of the business. It is a very visable role across the company and a key, involved role and will need the person to have a solid, proven track record within a similar position.

• Managing the day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Preparing the monthly accounts and prepare quarterly management accounts along with annual financial statements and reports.
• Responsibility for submitting monthly reports and preparing weekly cashflow and P&L reports.
• Ensure new starters have completed a new starter form and presented their ID for right to work legislation, enrol them on payroll.
• Prepare monthly reports of staff sickness and holiday for management and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations and working capital management.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns, VAT, payroll, and oversee statutory filings.

• Proven experience within a similar role.
• Experience of working closely with directors and multiple areas of the business.
• Qualified ACCA or CIMA
