Xpert Resourcing are currently seeking a Workshop Operative (Prehung) to join a well-established and industry-leading manufacturer based in Ely.

Duties will include:

· Running woodworking machinery efficiently
· Trimming and finishing internal door products to a high standard
· Following detailed specification sheets and assembly instructions
· Checking for damages and correct labelling on products
· Maintaining optimum stock levels to ensure continuous production flow
· Assisting with general workshop and housekeeping duties
· Manual handling and moving stock using forklift or lifting gear

Experience/skills required:

· Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment (preferred)
· Counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
· Strong work ethic and attention to detail
· Ability to maintain a clean and organised work area
· Good communication and teamworking skills
· Adherence to health & safety regulations at all times

Hours of work:

Monday-Friday – 40hours
