• Operating production machinery and assisting with product assembly
• Carrying out quality checks to maintain high manufacturing standards
• Preparing and stacking pallets ready for dispatch
• Ensuring work areas remain clean, organised, and safe
• Following specification sheets and production instructions carefully
• Supporting machine operators and suggesting improvements where appropriate

• Must be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Can work efficiently and stay focused on repetitive tasks
• Are able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Are motivated to learn and develop new skills
