Xpert Resourcing Raises for £855 The Prospects Trust with Charity Walk from Ely to Reach

The team at Xpert Resourcing laced up their walking boots last week for a special charity challenge — walking 13 miles from Prospects Unwrapped in Ely to Snakehall Farm in Reach — all in support of our 2025 charity partner, The Prospects Trust.

The walk was completed by members of the Xpert Resourcing team, who were cheered off from Prospects Unwrapped in Ely with a warm send-off and greeted at the finish line with an equally warm welcome from the Snakehall Farm team. The event symbolically linked the Trust’s shop and farm — and raised an impressive £855 to support its life-changing work.

Based at Snakehall Farm, The Prospects Trust provides meaningful, work-based learning opportunities for adults with additional needs. Through organic farming, horticulture, and social enterprise initiatives, the Trust helps its Co-workers grow in confidence, skills, and independence in a supportive, inclusive environment.

The whole of our small charity gives a huge thank you to the Xpert Resourcing team and their lovely supporters too.”

Alongside fundraising, Xpert Resourcing is also providing hands-on support to the Trust’s Co-workers — delivering practice interviews, CV coaching, and work-readiness sessions to help build real-world confidence and prepare participants for future employment opportunities.
