Emma

Emma offers a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years at consultant and managerial level. Emma is an honest and respected recruiter who is able to offer a consultative and tailor made service to fulfil clients individual needs. She has a proven track record for gaining results, delivering service excellence and providing encouragement and developmental advice to others.

In her early career Emma specialised in temporary recruitment and is using this experience to manage and develop our ever growing temporary sector alongside working with her existing clients and candidates.

Likes
Family time, campervan trips, keeping fit and Poochons.

Dislikes
Spiders, mayonnaise and rainy days.

Paul

Paul has lived in and around Ely for over 20 years now and has extensive experience as a hands on recruiter. In addition to running the business, he specialises in recruiting across multiple sectors and also oversees our Accountancy division. Paul enjoys working closely with local industry leaders and growing SME’s helping with their recruitment/growth plans.

In his spare time he is usually found ferrying his children to football matches or trying to keep himself fit.

Likes
Wine, Manchester United and most things sport related.

Dislikes
Snakes and cucumber.

Emily

With a background in Sales and Account Management Emily prides herself on really getting to know clients, understanding their business and learning precisely how they like to work.

She has a natural ability to build rapport quickly and enjoys speaking with candidates and clients and providing excellent levels of customer service.

Outside of work Emily is usually found supporting her son’s various football teams or walking her English Bulldog, Bruce.

Likes
Cycling, wine and good food.

Dislikes
Seaweed.
