Sales and Marketing Administrator - Mildenhall

The main purpose of the role is to support the sales and estimating department in delivering marketing functions including newsletters, photography, all social media and web site management.

Key Duties:

  • Dealing with sales enquiries
  • Collating and logging all incoming client enquiries
  • Updating the company CRM
  • Preparing digital presentation proposals using powerpoint
  • Producing company newsletters
  • Organising and managing external project photography
  • Organising and setting up webinars internal supplier seminars
  • Managing the company website and social media platforms

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within a similar role and will have working knowledge of Adobe Pro and WordPress. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are key, as are competent Microsoft Office skills - Word/Excel.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
