Although previous Sales/Insurance experience is not essential, the successful candidate should be target and performance driven, as well as possessing the ability to deliver a high standard of client service.
You will be dealing with telephone queries through both inbound and outbound activity whilst also providing excellent customer service and effective administration support for all external and internal customers.

The hours are on a shift pattern:Week One 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday; Week Two 11.30am - 7.30pm Monday, Wednesday Friday and 12.00 noon - 7.30pm Tuesday and Friday. You will also be required to work every other Saturday 8.30am until 4.00pm.
The starting salary is £16,250 rising to £17,000 per annum after 12 months and £17,500 after 18 months. OTE is £26,000 - £30,000 as there is a great bonus scheme on offer.
