Technical Support Executive - Cambridge

The key purpose of this role is to provide front line technical support to existing customers by answering queries, resolving technical questions and developing customer relationships.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years customer service experience and will have knowledge of internet technologies including HTML.
A positive 'can do' attitude is key for this role as is an eager and proactive approach.
All applicants must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to show an empathetic attitude towards customers.
