Statement from Paul Smith, Managing Director

Ahead of Government announcements regarding Coronavirus we wanted to reassure our clients and candidates that as a company we are putting plans into place to ensure the quality of our business is not interrupted and assure you we are committed to supporting your recruitments needs.

All our staff have the capability to work remotely when and where necessary and we have recently invested in a VoIP telephone system allowing us to take calls anywhere so please do feel free to keep in touch with us!

We appreciate there may be challenges along the way, but we will respond to them should they arise still allowing you access to the best candidates. Hurdles could emerge such as the restriction of movement of people however, there are many digital ways to communicate to navigate such issues.

Xpert Resourcing can assist by using digital communication and can facilitate usage of:

  • FaceTime
  • WhatsApp Video Calling
  • Skype
  • Zoom
  • Traditional Telephone Calls

Many companies and candidates are very familiar with these methods as they already provide excellent ways to interview without leaving home.  If you would like assistance with any of the above methods of communication, please ask our consultants as they would be more than happy to assist with this.
